Who We Are
Dumpter Pro is a professional junk removal Company.
Our junk removal is a service that involves the pick up and removal of unwanted items. Depending on the items being hauled the pricing will vary.
Once the items have been removed from the property they are hauled away never to be seen again. They may end up going to a recycling center, a second use store, or a disposal station. At Junker our goal is to have most of our items NOT end up in our landfills.

A 15-yard roll-off dumpster handles most bathroom remodels cleanly. It fits tile, vanities, drywall, fixtures, and a tub or shower surround without issues. If you're gutting multiple bathrooms or pulling up tile floors in adjoining rooms, step up to the 20-yard roll-off. When in doubt, go one size larger. Running out of room mid-project costs more time than upgrading upfront.
A one- or two-car garage cleanout typically needs a 10-yard dumpster, about 50-60 large garbage bags worth of junk. If you're clearing an oversized garage, a detached workshop, or adding attic and basement items to the load, a 15-yard container gives you the extra room. Call (678) 306-9993 for a quick size check before you book.
The 20-yard dumpster holds roughly 110-130 large garbage bags, or about 6-7 pickup truck loads. It measures 22 feet long by 8 feet wide by 4 feet tall. This is the most popular size for whole-home cleanouts, flooring removal, deck demolitions, and large landscaping projects across middle Georgia.
It depends on the scope of the project. A single-room remodel typically fits in a 15-yard bin. A multi-room renovation covering flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and windows calls for a 20-yard. Whole-house gut jobs or additions often need a 30-yard. Concrete, brick, or asphalt go in our separate concrete-only dumpster regardless of project size. Our project-by-project sizing guide covers 15 project types in detail.
- 10 yard: 12L x 8W x 3.5H ft, compact and driveway-friendly
- 15 yard: 16L x 8W x 4.5H ft, good for DIY and small contractor jobs
- 20 yard: 22L x 8W x 4H ft, most popular residential size
- 20 yard concrete: 22L x 8W x 4H ft, heavy debris only, no mixed waste
- 30 yard: 22L x 8W x 6H ft, commercial renovation and large-scale jobs
- 40 yard: 22L x 8W x 8H ft, call to reserve, limited availability
Confirm the drop location at your property can accommodate the length and width before delivery day. See our full dumpster size guide for capacity details on each container, or read the roll-off sizing guide by project type before you book.
Call us right away at (678) 306-9993. If you're running out of space, we can pick up early and drop a larger bin in its place. If the dumpster is more than you needed, no problem. You pay the booked rate regardless of how much you fill. The one rule that cannot bend: never load above the fill line. An overfilled bin cannot be legally transported and will delay pickup until debris is brought back down to the rail. Before your next booking, our roll-off vs. front-load comparison explains the container types so you start with the right one.

(678) 306-9993 Compare Dumpster OptionsFlat-Rate Pricing and Fees
Not with The Dumpster Co. Our flat-rate pricing means the quote you get is what you pay, as long as you stay within the rental period and weight limit. Two things can add to your bill: keeping the bin past your window, or exceeding the weight allowance on a heavy load. We tell you both numbers upfront so there is no guessing.
When comparing roll-off dumpster prices from any company, watch for these:
- Overage fees for going over the weight limit included in the rate
- Daily rental charges if you keep the bin past your original end date
- Fuel surcharges or environmental fees added at checkout
- Prohibited material fees for items the driver discovers on pickup
- Relocation fees if you need the container repositioned after drop-off
Always get an all-in flat-rate quote in writing before booking with any company.
Roofing tear-offs are heavier than most people expect. Asphalt shingles run roughly 250-400 pounds per square, so a mid-sized residential roof can push weight limits fast. For most roofing projects we recommend the 20-yard container. Larger commercial jobs may need a 30-yard. Call (678) 306-9993, give us your square count, and we will build you an exact flat-rate quote.
Yes. Contractors managing several active job sites or businesses with ongoing debris removal needs should call (678) 306-9993 directly. We coordinate delivery schedules across multiple locations and can quote all your sites at once. You can also submit a quote request online and the team will follow up with pricing for your full scope.
Scheduling, Delivery Windows, and Pickup
Pick your size and book a roll-off dumpster online or call (678) 306-9993. Give us your delivery address, the date you need it, and how long you plan to keep it. We confirm your booking, deliver the bin to the spot you pick, and haul it away when your project wraps. Automated status updates come through along the way so you always know where things stand. For a full step-by-step walkthrough, see our complete rental process guide.
Same-week delivery is usually available. Same-day is possible depending on your location and that day's route. Call (678) 306-9993 first thing in the morning to check. Our trucks are GPS-tracked so we know capacity in real time. Booking a day or two ahead is the safest way to secure the delivery window you need, especially during the busy spring and summer months.
Standard rentals include a set number of days in the flat-rate price. If your project runs long, call us and we will extend it. Additional days are billed at a daily rate we quote you upfront. We reach out before your window closes rather than sending a surprise charge. Most residential projects wrap well within the standard period, but we build in flexibility for jobs that run long.
Yes. Morning drop, end-of-day pickup is a normal request. Single-day rentals work well for estate cleanouts, post-storm debris removal, and contractor swap-outs where the bin fills fast. Call (678) 306-9993 to check availability and lock in a time window for your area.
The Dumpster Co. delivers during standard business hours and gives you a delivery window when you book. Because our trucks are GPS-tracked, we can send real-time updates as your delivery approaches. Contractors who need early morning drops should flag that when booking so we can prioritize your stop on the route.
Call (678) 306-9993 or use the online scheduling system. For a swap-out, let us know as soon as the bin reaches the fill line. We pull the full container and drop a fresh one as quickly as the route allows. Contractors with ongoing job sites can set up recurring swap schedules so you are never waiting on a full bin to clear.

(678) 306-9993 Rent a Dumpster NowDriveway, Job Site, and Placement Tips
Usually yes. The 10-yard roll-off is 12 feet long and 8 feet wide, roughly the footprint of a full-size pickup truck. Most single-car and two-car driveways handle it without a problem. The driver needs about 60 feet of overhead clearance and a straight-line approach. Before you book, check for low-hanging branches, utility lines, and tight turns at the end of your driveway.
Clear the drop zone before the truck arrives. Move vehicles, bikes, and equipment out of the path the driver needs to back in. If you are concerned about your concrete or pavers, place scrap plywood boards under the contact points. The steel feet can mark soft surfaces under a loaded bin. Let the driver know about any concerns on arrival and they will work with you on positioning.
Three things make the biggest difference: use plywood boards under the contact points, distribute heavy materials like concrete and brick evenly throughout the bin rather than piling it all in one spot, and avoid placing the bin on fresh or soft asphalt during peak summer heat. If your driveway has existing cracks or soft spots, let us know before delivery and we can discuss street placement instead.
Street placement is often possible but typically requires a right-of-way permit from your city or county first. Each municipality sets its own rules. See the Permits section below for specifics on cities in our middle Georgia service area. Driveway placement does not require a permit and is always the simpler path.
Many HOAs have rules covering how long a roll-off dumpster can sit on a property, where it can be placed, and whether street placement is permitted at all. Check your HOA bylaws or contact your property manager before booking. Keeping the rental as short as possible and placing the bin in your driveway rather than the street usually avoids any HOA friction.
Load flat, heavy items first: doors, plywood sheets, mattress frames, furniture. Build up in layers and fill gaps with smaller debris as you go. Break apart bulky pieces before tossing them in. Save the lightest, most awkward items for the top layer. And never load above the fill line. An overfilled bin cannot be legally transported and will delay your pickup until debris is brought back down to the rail.
Accepted and Prohibited Materials
Accepted
- Household junk and general trash
- Furniture and appliances
- Yard waste and tree branches
- Construction debris: wood, drywall, tile
- Roofing and siding materials
- Electronics, ask first
- Concrete and masonry in concrete dumpster only
Not Accepted
- Hazardous materials: paint, asbestos, chemicals
- Tires, car batteries, propane tanks
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Liquids, fuels, or flammable materials
- Mixed debris in a concrete-only dumpster
Not sure about a specific item? Call (678) 306-9993 before it goes in the bin.
Prohibited items include any form of hazardous waste: paint cans, motor oil, solvents, pesticides, asbestos-containing materials, and refrigerants. Also off-limits are tires, car batteries, propane tanks, medical waste, liquids of any kind, and flammable materials. These require special disposal under Georgia EPD regulations. Placing prohibited items in the bin can result in added fees and delays on your pickup. See the full list with disposal alternatives in our prohibited items and accepted waste guide.
Standard yard waste including branches, brush, sod, leaves, and mulch goes in our regular roll-off containers without a problem. The thing to watch is weight. Wet soil and sod are significantly heavier than they look, and a bin loaded with dense landscape material can approach weight limits faster than expected. Keep heavy or wet debris to a reasonable portion of the load. Stumps and large root balls are accepted but heavy, so mention them when you book.
A roll-off dumpster is the fastest way to clear storm debris off your property. Branches, broken fencing, damaged siding, water-soaked materials, and construction debris from storm repairs all go in one bin. Most residential storm cleanups across middle Georgia fit in a 20-yard container. Call us right after the storm passes. We prioritize emergency cleanups and can often get a bin to you quickly. Contractors serving the McDonough area and surrounding Henry County can call for fast turnaround.
If a piece is in good condition, donate it first. Habitat for Humanity ReStores and local thrift shops accept sofas, tables, and bedroom furniture. What does not qualify for donation goes straight into the roll-off. Break apart anything that disassembles: desks, bed frames, shelving units. This reclaims cubic footage and keeps the bin from filling up with air pockets. Couches, recliners, and mattresses are all accepted in our standard dumpsters.
Sort before it goes in the bin where you can. Clean metal, dimensional lumber, and cardboard are recyclable at many Georgia facilities if kept separate from mixed debris. Salvageable materials including doors, windows, cabinets, and hardwood flooring can be donated to Habitat ReStores. Clean concrete, brick, and fill are sometimes accepted by aggregate facilities rather than going to the landfill. Ask us about the disposal destination for your load if recycling compliance matters on your project.

Estate cleanouts vary more than almost any other project. A modest two-bedroom home typically fills a 15-yard bin. A larger home with decades of accumulated furniture, tools, appliances, and stored items can easily need a 20-yard or 30-yard, especially if there are outbuildings involved. Book a 20-yard as a starting point and call us if the job looks bigger than expected. We can coordinate a swap-out mid-project so you are never stuck waiting on a full bin.
The most reliable approach is to get all-in flat-rate quotes from local companies, not teaser rates that exclude disposal fees, fuel surcharges, or overages. Locally owned companies in middle Georgia typically have lower overhead than national services and do not add on extra charges. The Dumpster Co. is owner-operated out of Jackson. No middlemen, no markups. Call (678) 306-9993 for a free quote or learn more about how we operate.
Contractor and Commercial Rental Questions
For mixed construction debris including framing lumber, drywall, insulation, and roofing shingles, a 20-yard or 30-yard roll-off covers most residential job sites. Larger commercial projects typically need a 30-yard or 40-yard. Concrete, brick, and asphalt go in the 20-yard concrete-only dumpster because the weight exceeds the limits of a standard roll-off. Call us with your project type and we will match you to the right container.
For asphalt shingle tear-offs, a standard 20-yard roll-off works well on most residential roofs. The 4-foot sidewalls make tossing shingles from the roof edge manageable. Heavy clay tile or multiple layers of shingles add significant weight fast. Let us know your roof type and square count when you call so we can confirm the bin is rated for your load. Metal roofing and wood shake go in the standard container without issue.
Book as early as you can, at least a day ahead and two to three days out during peak season. Make sure the delivery address is accurate and that someone on site can direct the driver to the drop location. If your site has gate codes, restricted access, or specific entry requirements, share that information when you book. Our GPS-tracked trucks give us real-time route visibility so we can get ahead of any delays before they affect your crew. Contractors working in Stockbridge and Henry County can count on the same reliability as our core Jackson service area.
Position one or two dumpsters at strategic points close to the work area but clear of equipment lanes and egress routes. If your project includes concrete or masonry work alongside general demolition, keep a concrete-only bin separate from your mixed debris container. Designate one crew member per site to monitor fill levels and initiate swap-out calls before the bin is completely full. Contractors with multiple active sites across the region can set up coordinated delivery and swap schedules through us.
Permits and Local Regulations
A permit is only required if you place the dumpster in a public street or within the right-of-way. Placement on private property such as your driveway or a construction lot you own does not require a permit. In middle Georgia, cities like McDonough require a right-of-way encroachment permit before any container goes in the street. The homeowner or contractor is responsible for obtaining that permit. When in doubt, driveway placement sidesteps the requirement entirely. For the full city-by-city breakdown, see our middle Georgia dumpster permit guide.
Requirements vary by city. McDonough requires a right-of-way encroachment permit from the City of McDonough Public Works department before placing a container in the street. Cities like Conyers and Covington each have their own rules. Contact your city's public works or engineering department directly to ask about encroachment or obstruction permits before you put anything in the right-of-way.
For neighborhood or community cleanup events, check with your city or county about special event permits, road closure requirements, and waste disposal guidelines before the event date. The Georgia EPD sets state-level rules for waste handling, including strict prohibitions on illegal dumping. Coordinating with your city's public works office a few weeks in advance typically clarifies what is required. A centrally stationed roll-off dumpster keeps debris out of gutters and storm drains and makes collection straightforward on the day of the event.
