The Dumpster Co.

Who We Are

Dumpter Pro is a professional junk removal Company.

Our junk removal is a service that involves the pick up and removal of unwanted items. Depending on the items being hauled the pricing will vary.

Once the items have been removed from the property they are hauled away never to be seen again. They may end up going to a recycling center, a second use store, or a disposal station. At Junker our goal is to have most of our items NOT end up in our landfills.

What the 20 Yard Dumpster Is Best For

The 20-yard is the workhorse of The Dumpster Co.'s lineup, the size most homeowners and small contractors land on once a project goes beyond a single room. It balances real capacity with a footprint that still fits most residential driveways, which is why it covers the widest range of project types.

Whole-Home Cleanouts

Clearing out a typical three-bedroom home, including multiple rooms of furniture and belongings, fits comfortably.

Roofing Tear-Offs

The low-profile 4-foot sidewalls make tossing shingles from the roof edge manageable on most residential jobs.

Flooring Removal

Tile, hardwood, and carpet removal across multiple rooms generates more weight than people expect. This size handles it.

Deck Demolitions

Standard residential decks, including built-in features, break down and fit without needing the next size up.

Larger homes with outbuildings, or commercial-scale demolition work, may need the 30-yard. Single-room projects fit comfortably in the 15-yard. See our sizing guide for the full project-by-project breakdown.

What You Can Put in a 20 Yard Dumpster

Accepted

  • Household junk and furniture

  • Yard waste and storm debris
  • Appliances

Not Accepted

  • Concrete, brick, or asphalt
  • Hazardous materials
  • Tires, batteries, propane tanks
  • Medical waste
  • Liquids or flammable waste

Concrete, brick, and asphalt go in the separate 20-yard concrete dumpster. Full accepted and prohibited list in our materials guide.

Placement Tips for a 20 Yard Dumpster

At 22 feet long, the 20-yard is the longest dumpster that still fits most standard residential driveways. Measure your driveway length before booking, and confirm there is roughly 60 feet of straight-line clearance for the delivery truck to approach and back in safely.

Heavier loads like shingles and flooring debris can stress soft asphalt in summer heat. Plywood under the contact points protects the surface. Driveway placement does not require a permit. See our FAQ page for street placement and permit details by city.
