Who We Are
Dumpter Pro is a professional junk removal Company.
Our junk removal is a service that involves the pick up and removal of unwanted items. Depending on the items being hauled the pricing will vary.
Once the items have been removed from the property they are hauled away never to be seen again. They may end up going to a recycling center, a second use store, or a disposal station. At Junker our goal is to have most of our items NOT end up in our landfills.

Built for Job Sites of Every Size
Whether you are framing a new build in Covington or demoing a commercial property in Conyers, you need a reliable container on-site from day one. The Dumpster Co. serves all trades.
General Contractors
New construction, additions, and whole-structure builds generate continuous debris. A 30-yard or 40-yard container keeps your site OSHA-compliant and your crew working without obstacles.
Roofing Contractors
Tear-offs produce heavy concentrated debris fast. Our 20-yard and 30-yard roll-offs handle shingles, felt, flashing, and framing without issue. Placed at the roofline, picked up when the job is done.
Demolition Crews
Structural demolition means mixed heavy materials. Concrete, masonry, and steel go into our 20-yard concrete-only container. General demo waste goes into a standard roll-off. We help you sort it correctly before delivery.
Remodeling Contractors
Kitchen gut-outs, bathroom tear-downs, flooring removal. A 15-yard or 20-yard roll-off gives your crew a place to dump as they go without stopping work.

Construction Dumpster Rental: Frequently Asked Questions
What size dumpster do I need for a construction job?
It depends on the scope. A bathroom remodel or flooring removal typically fits in a 15 or 20-yard container. Roofing tear-offs and full room demos usually need a 20 or 30-yard. New construction and large demolition projects often require a 30 or 40-yard roll-off. Call The Dumpster Co. and we will confirm the right size for your specific job before delivery.
Can I put concrete in a regular construction dumpster?
No. Concrete, brick, and asphalt go into a dedicated 20-yard concrete-only container. Mixing concrete with general construction debris in a standard roll-off creates an overweight load and disposal issues. The Dumpster Co. offers a concrete-specific container rated for 8 to 10 tons. If you have both types of debris, we can deliver two separate containers to the same site.
How long can I keep a construction dumpster?
Standard rental period is 7 days. For longer projects, we offer extended rentals. Call before your rental period ends and we will extend the pickup date. Construction timelines shift, and we work around that. There is no need to rush loading or call for early pickup if the job is still going.
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster on a construction site in Georgia?
If the container sits entirely on private property, no permit is required in most Georgia municipalities. If it extends into a public road, right-of-way, or sidewalk, a permit from the local city or county is usually required. The Dumpster Co. can place containers on driveways, parking lots, and unpaved job site areas without permits in most cases. Call us with your site address and we will advise.
Can The Dumpster Co. deliver to a gated or unpaved job site?
Yes. We deliver to job sites with limited access including gated properties and unpaved lots. When you book, give us the site address and any access details. We will confirm the placement location and what clearance the truck needs. Our drivers are experienced with construction environments and will work within your site constraints.
What happens if my dumpster gets too heavy?
Each container has a weight limit based on the size and debris type. If your load exceeds it, overage fees apply per ton. The best way to avoid this is to sort debris correctly before loading and call us if you are unsure whether a material belongs in a standard or concrete-only container. We will tell you before delivery so there are no surprises at pickup.
