Six Years of Middle Georgia Dumpster Rentals -- Organized Into One Resource Library

Joe Hardin and Daniel Conway co-founded The Dumpster Co. in 2020 and have delivered roll-off dumpsters to homeowners, contractors, and businesses across Butts County and the surrounding region ever since. The questions that come up before every project -- what size do I actually need, will it fit in my driveway, what can I throw in, do I need a permit -- are answered in the guides below. Written from experience, not from a template.

This library covers:

  • Sizing and selection -- roll-off vs. front-load, which size for which project, concrete dumpster guidelines
  • Delivery and placement -- driveway prep, job site positioning, HOA rules, surface protection
  • What goes in and what does not -- accepted materials, prohibited items, Georgia EPD disposal guidance
  • Project guides -- roofing tear-offs, bathroom remodels, garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, storm debris, deck demolitions
  • Contractor resources -- managing waste across job sites, concrete dumpster use, swap schedules, volume pricing
  • Commercial guides -- tenant turnover, retail and office buildouts, restaurant renovations, warehouse cleanouts, store closings
  • Portable toilet guides -- how many units you need, OSHA job site rules, event restrooms, placement
  • Local and regulatory -- permit requirements by city, right-of-way rules, middle Georgia disposal guidelines

Use the guides to plan your project, then book your dumpster online or call (678) 306-9993.
